How do I ask for a special request?

As with most things, custom requests are not always granted.  Get in contact with me on the "Contact" page and let me know your vision.  The only way you will know is if I can handle the request is if you ask.  I have created many different things so just because you don't see something on the site, doesn't mean I can't handle it. 

What is the standard processing time?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

What is the estimated shipping time?

North America shipping time is estimated 3 - 5 days.

Worldwide shipping times vary depending on location and customs.

What do I do about import taxes and issues with customs?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Each country is different and I am not responsible for delays or extra charges due to customs

How do I return an item?

Contact me within 3 days of delivery and arrangements can be made if you purchased the item through Metal Relic.  If you purchased the item through a 3rd party website, please contact them about returns.  The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

How do I exchange an item?

Ship the item back to me within 14 days of delivery along with your order information.  I will not return items purchased through 3rd party websites.

How do I cancel my order?

Please request the cancellation within an hour of purchase by using the contact page.  Please be sure to include your order information.

What happens if my item is lost in the mail?

If you believe your item has been lost in the mail, please contact us. If the courier loses your item in transit, I will send a replacement. However, if your item has been marked as "delivered" by the courier to the address you specified when you placed your order, I will not be able to send a replacement item to you. You'll need to contact your local post office to track it down. They have the ability to help you figure out where it is (it may have been delivered to a neighbor's house by mistake, or it may still be at your local post office). If you still can't figure out what happened to your "delivered" item, you may fill out a mail theft report with courier (ie. USPS, UPS, etc.). If you need any help with this, just let us know.

What if I provided the Wrong Address?

If you accidentally provide an incorrect address when you purchase and your item cannot be delivered and is returned to sender, you will need to pay both the return shipping cost and the cost to reship your item (this is in addition to the original shipping cost you paid for the first delivery attempt). USPS sometimes charges shipping fees for all of these, so it's a good idea to double check your shipping address for errors before you submit your order.

TIP: If your tracking info shows that your item was un-deliverable as addressed, call your local post office immediately to see if they can correct the mistake before the package gets returned. Once it's on its way back, it will be too late and you'll incur cost to reship.

Do you have wholesale availability?

These items are available in larger quantities at discounted rates. Please contact me with any inquiries about price reductions based on quantity and re-seller rates. Since every item is custom made, arrangements may need to be made in advance to secure the items.  You can also visit our wholesale portal at http://www.MetalRelic.us and purchase at discount through Faire.  Faire also gives you $200 to sign up and spend on my products!  There are Net 60 Payment terms.  If you don't like or can't sell the items within 60 days you can return it!

Do you take returns on custom orders or special requests?

Due to the creation of custom products, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.  The shirts are also considered custom made (they're made on demand in the size and color that you specify). Even if there is no custom text added, they are still considered custom items and cannot be freely returned or exchanged (of course, if your item is incorrect or damaged, it will be replaced).
